  • Weight limit: No more than 160 lbs. combined
  • Fish are allowed with a maximum tank size of 50 gallons
  • Exotic species: Including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles, are not permitted without written permission from the community manager
  • Breed restrictions for certain dog breeds, except for assistance animals
